Sleeveless Denim Jacket + All Black Printed Pants
Would you prefer to call this 'sleeveless denim jacket' or 'denim vest'?
I bought this sleeveless denim jacket (that's what I decided to call it) with kitschy patches earlier this year without knowing what to wear it with. I spent ages in my stuffy closet room trying to match it with my other tops and pants and dresses but the combinations never felt right—until I got this black shirt from Pull & Bear and these subtly-printed black pants at Trio.

Avocado Toast
Avocado is definitely a new-found love for me. I never used to appreciate avocado but finding a few avocado-filled recipes that simply work—like the Avocado Feta Orange Salad—is spurring my determination to try out even more avocado-filled recipes.

Oxblood
I attended a wedding over the weekend but had run out of the usual baju kurung / baju kebaya (still at the laundry, too tight, etc.) so I turned to one of my trusted abayas: this oxblood red one.
I saw this jubah at a store in Subang Parade and it was on sale for RM 100.
I personally find it hard to find an abaya that comes in a solid colour that I actually like, like this one.
Fashion Hoarder : Am I One? Are YOU One?

That's what I thought I was at first. But wait — am I really a fashion hoarder?

First of all, let's understand what the word 'hoard' means. From Merriam-Webster.com:
(1) Hoard (noun) = a large amount of something valuable that is kept hidden, or a supply or fund stored up and often hidden away

Judging from the number of never-worn and can't-remember-last-time-it-was-worn items taking up space in my closet, I might just belong in the not-so-elite group of fashion hoarders. But then again, I put all my items up for display in my closet (thus, not hidden) and many would disagree with me on the the value I put on certain items (hence, not-so-valuable, maybe?).
So at the end of the day, it might just mean one thing: I am a girl who just loves to shop.
