Revlon 9 Super Lustrous Lip Cube

It's always fun to have new lipsticks to experiment with, but with new Revlon Super Lustrous ones? As a big fan of the Super Lustrous range (scroll down to bottom of post for proofs), even more fun for me! I took the opportunity to get this cute cube consisting of nine lipstick shades in-flight to Tokyo last week.

Look at the adorable cube box:

NINE NEW LIPSTICKS, y'all.

Although, OK, to be fair, I've owned one of the shades in this cube but eight new lipsticks are still the bee's knees!

All the adorable shades inside:

Little swatches:

Top to bottom row, from left to right:
Iced Amethyst, Coffee Bean, Blushed
Softsilver Rose, Love That Red, Blushing Mauve (the one I already own)
Wine With Everything, Rum Raisin, Champagne On Ice

All the colours have Pearl finish, with a pearly sheen look to it, except for Love That Red and Rum Raisin which are the Crème ones. I would usually choose Crème over Pearl as I always go for a more matte finish, but I figured, why not venture into new territory?
From the swatches, I'm most excited about the colours Iced Amethyst, Softsilver Rose, Love That Red, Wine With Everything, and Rum Raisin—which basically are all the strong colours from this collection.

I've only tried on Champagne On Ice, which admittedly didn't look to good on me; it was much too pale and sheeny for my skin tone. Even so, I think it would look great as a layer underneath a stronger, more matte lipstick. Can't wait to try out the other shades and experiment with all the colours!
