Backpacking

Lately I haven't been in my best physical state. I constantly feel tired and fatigued, and the fact that it's all my own fault especially annoys me. I haven't been moving around much and my diet is chaotic. I'd get like nine to ten hours of sleep and would still feel sleepy after eating breakfastwhich sometimes is very near the time when people are preparing for lunch.

The other day I read that one of my favourite bloggers were experiencing the same thing, except she had some sort of infection that was causing fatigue. I'm pretty very positive that I haven't caught any bug or anything like that; I just need to make drastic lifestyle changes! And I possibly need to start taking vitamins and extra supplements to make up for the nutritions that have been missing from my system.

The fasting month of Ramadhan is approaching, so it's pretty crucial that I get myself back in order, because I would sure need extra energy then!

About this outfit: when have you ever seen me hoisting a backpack? Nevahhh. The little leather backpack trend was huge in Japan when I was there but I just never seemed to get on board. The other day I was looking for something and I came across this Adidas sports backpack which is actually Shah's, forgotten from one of our earlier Japan trips. I tried it on and actually liked the feel of it, so I decided to substitute my handbag for it for a few days. So convenient and easy, and I even felt safe carrying it!

PS: Check out my bathtub moment with these sneakers.
