The Romantic Togetsukyo Bridge & Bamboo Grove in Arashiyama, Kyoto

Kyoto is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever visited but I say this because of this little district called Arashiyama, which is known to be one of the most beautiful places in Japan. The moment Shah and I cycled out on our rental bikes onto the street that led us to Togetsukyo Bridge, the scenery that met my eyes just took my breath away.
I was pretty much in awe of the romantic surroundings, and it was the greatest feeling ever.

I only had a few hours to spend in Arashiyama but I already made a secret vow to stay there for at least two full days the next time I go thereif I ever am lucky enough to be there again. When that time comes, I plan to spend time on Togetsukyo Bridge and in the Bamboo Grove again, walking hand in hand with Shah (and possibly gazing into each other's eyes, with me in a flowy dress).

I can never quite capture the essence of any place I visitedthe photos I took just cannot matched the majesty of a place. But it's always a good idea to have some pictures to help me reminisce in the future...
