Multicoloured & My One and Only (Ex) Leather Jacket

My one-month stint in Shanghai was not a total vacation fest (even though it might look that way on my Instagram). I mean, OK, since I obviously had no actual business there but to chill (and shop/window-shop), maybe it was a complete relaxation time for me, but since we actually went solely for Shah's work, the both of us only had the weekends to feel like we were on holiday together.

That made the few weekends we had there valuable, so when it rained heavily one Sunday we just treated it as a tiny glitch and braved through it — including taking outfit photos (I mean, of courseee). I'm not too crazy about taking my camera out under the rain though so we made do with our hotel's lobby.

I bought those Darth Vader socks at Shanghai Disneyland but unfortunately, they turned out too big for me, despite the size written on the packaging, so they now belong to the man of the house =( but his luck I suppose! About that crazy multicoloured scarf: a few months ago, I bought it with the idea that it "goes with EVERYTHING!" but boy I could not have been more wrong; it was cooped up in my closet because I was utterly clueless about what to pair it with, but this H&M floral ruffle dress that I loved was the only thing that made sense with it!
Little did I know that this would be the last time that I wore this leather jacket, the one that I bought in 2013 from Stradivarius in Madrid, as it just completely broke apart the next time I took it out of the closet, but I guess there were signs on the sleeves that it was dying on me. Obviously, I will be using this as an excuse to buy a new leather jacket, but I'm just going to take the time to appreciate this brown baby and thank it for serving me all these years <3
